Rick Grimes is a lawyer. In his late 30’s, he looks more like someone in his late twenties. He is on the board Newark Chamber of Commerce. He is also an investor in several local businesses. He is a partner at Parnell, Strauss and King.

He went to Rutgers, then Princeton for Law School. He put himself through working in bars, clubs and in law offices as a legal assistant. He was barely out of law school when he invested in his first local business. Now he is partial owner to six restaurants, an accounting firm and some commercial real estate. He does not live in great leisure. He lives in a one bedroom apartment above a storefront in a building he owns.
