The neighborhood is loud in the hisil. Gun shot spirits flash like fireflies as they move, the echo of the shots ringing loudly each time. Alarm spirits battle it out for supremacy, their combat like a competition of sound. Large trucks rumble in a straight line through the neighborhood. Parkview Terrace is not far from the station, the hisil here suffers from many of the same problems. Blightlings wander the streets. Hypodermic needles stained black slither like snakes.
